To maintain a vibrant and well-supported festival environment, food vendors are required to be available during the core service hours listed below. Vendors are welcome to remain open outside of these hours if they choose, provided local regulations and safety guidelines are followed.
Required Food Vendor Hours
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
10:00 AM – 1:00 AM *schedules may vary between vendors, but one should be open
(These hours are designed to accommodate breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service. Specific scheduling needs may be coordinated upon acceptance. Music runs noon to 6am.)
Food Vendor Applications – 2026
Applications will be accepted through March 31, 2026.
All applicants will be notified of acceptance in early April, after all applications have been reviewed.
Applications submitted after March 31 will be placed on a waitlist.
Location & Amenities
The 2026 location will remain the same as 2025 in a dedicated food vendor area with picnic table seating. Food vendors will have access to secure vendor Wi-Fi to support efficient and reliable transactions.
Vendor Fees
$300 per food business
