🏕️ Bring Your Love: Campsite Decorating Contest"Transform Your Space, you are part of the experience"

We invite you to turn your home-away-from-home into a masterpiece! Whether it’s a neon wonderland, a cozy forest lounge, or an interactive art installation, we want to see your creativity shine.

The Official Rules

Pre-Registration Required: All participants must apply to enter. The deadline for applications is July 31st.

Identification: Upon check-in/approval, each group will receive a Contest Entry Number. This must be displayed visibly at the front of your site so our judges can find you!

Space Allocation: Your masterpiece can be contained within your campsite or in the designated space immediately adjacent to it. You’re encouraged to create a space that fellow attendees can step into, experience, and enjoy! If there are elements of your campsite you’d like to keep private, please keep those in a separate area. Be sure your setup does not obstruct pathways or neighboring sites.

Community Spirit: Decorations must be safe for others to enjoy. Interactive elements (think: "leave a note," "take a sticker," a photo booth, or a sensory station) are highly encouraged!

Leave No Trace: All decorations must be removed at the end of the event. Keep the land as beautiful as you found it.

Merch Note: Any merch or prizes are gifted upon availability of in-stock items.

Location: Must be within the general camping area. Campsite installations and contest spaces must be located in this zone only.

Visibility: Campsites must remain set up and visible from Friday through Sunday for viewing by judges and attendees. Please ensure your installation is maintained and accessible for the duration of the event.
