Call for Installations

We are seeking creative, interactive, and visually striking installations to enhance the immersive experience of our festival. Installations play a vital role in shaping the atmosphere of the event and offering attendees moments of wonder, connection, and discovery beyond the music.

We welcome proposals from artists, designers, builders, collectives, and visionaries with concepts that are innovative, engaging, and aligned with the spirit of our community.

What We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in installations that are:

  • Immersive or interactive (encouraging exploration, participation, or play)

  • Visually captivating both day and night

  • Thoughtfully designed to enhance flow, gathering, or rest

  • Unique and original, ranging from sculptural pieces to functional art

  • Safe, durable, and suitable for an outdoor festival environment

Mediums may include (but are not limited to):
light, sculpture, kinetic elements, projection, textiles, natural materials, recycled materials, or mixed media.

Installation Environment

Installations will be placed throughout the festival grounds in high-visibility and high-engagement areas, contributing to the overall narrative and rhythm of the event. Selected artists may be asked to collaborate with our production team to ensure proper placement, safety, and integration.

Application & Selection

Applicants should be prepared to provide:

  • A concept description and artistic intent

  • Visual references or sketches (if available)

  • Footprint size, power needs, and setup requirements

  • Any interaction or supervision requirements, if applicable

All proposals will be reviewed after the application period closes. Selected installations will be notified following the review process.

Important Considerations

  • Installations must be structurally sound and able to withstand varying weather conditions, including wind and temperature changes.

  • All materials and construction methods must prioritize participant safety.

  • Installations should be designed for continuous public interaction unless otherwise specified.
