To help maintain a vibrant and balanced atmosphere throughout the festival, vendors are required to operate during the minimum hours listed below. You are welcome to remain open outside of these hours at your discretion.

Vendor Applications – 2026

Applications will be accepted till March 31, 2026.
All applicants will be notified of acceptance in early April, once the application period has closed.
Applications received after March 31 will be placed on a waitlist.

Location & Amenities

The 2026 event location will be the same as 2025, but will remain in a high–foot-traffic area. Vendors will have access to secure vendor Wi-Fi to support seamless transactions.

Vendor Fees

$300 per business + taxes & fees

Tent & Safety Requirements

All vendor tents must be securely anchored using pegs and weights. Prairie winds can be unpredictable and strong. We strongly recommend additional reinforcement such as bungee straps secured to fencing or nearby structures where possible.

For affordable tent weights, consider using laundry detergent bottles, milk jugs, or similar containers filled with sand or water.
